At OPC, we are committed to fostering a supportive, engaging and healthy work environment where every member of our team can thrive. Throughout the year, we implemented well-being programmes to boost morale, enhance skills and champion health. These initiatives included Charge up with Free Drinks sessions, Flash Lucky Draws, complemented by festive celebrations such as Christmas Bingo and Chinese New Year game booths. All these efforts were orchestrated to create moments of relaxation and foster a cohesive atmosphere.

Fostering unparalleled team spirit and robust physical wellbeing was promoted through dynamic sports and team-building activities. Our Dragon Boat team engaged in training and races, while our basketball and football teams took part in friendly matches,  showcased their skills in in the Corporate Games 2025. Our activities also included staff talent competition, team basketball and bowling competitions, hikings and tours, fostering camaraderie and shared experiences.

To ignite both personal and professional development, we encouraged our employees to explore interests and acquire new skills. This was facilitated through a suite of engaging programmes, including dance and singing workshops, Chinese narcissus carving workshop, and the popular Staff Farming Joy Scheme. Holistic health and wellness are paramount, championed through yoga classes, health seminars, practical workshops on calorie management and pain reduction, and lifesaving training such as essential cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) courses. Furthermore, we regularly provided health talks on wellness management as well as introduction to first aid services.
